Style Council, Inc. (“Style Council”) wants you to
know that we recognize that you may have concerns about what we
do with the personal information you provide us. We respect your
privacy. We have posted this policy to address any concerns you
might have, and to advise you of what we will do, and just as
importantly will not do, with personal information we collect
from visitors to our World Wide Web site, www.stylecouncil.com.
In sum, Style Council will at no time provide, sell, barter,
transfer or otherwise give or allow access to any personal information
about you to anyone else. The details follow.
Information Collection and Use
- Style Council may collect personal information when you register
for certain Style Council goods and/or services. Style Council
may also receive personal information about you from our business
partners.
- When you register with Style Council, we ask for your certain
information about you, such as your name and email address.
Once you give us your name and address - - and log on to our
services - - you are not anonymous to us.
- Style Council automatically receives and records information
in our server logs from your browser including IP address, cookie
information and the page(s) you request.
- Style Council may use the personal information in three general
ways: to respond to your requests for information, services
and products; to contact you with reports about your services
and about special offers; and to customize both the content
and advertising you see on Style Council pages.

- STYLE COUNCIL DOES NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR COMPANY FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR

relative to the Style Council web site violate or Terms of Service
or any of our usage guidelines for Style Council services or

- Style Council may prepare summary data which does not identify
anyone in particular, but does result in general information
about users. Once again, to be clear you will at no time be
personally identified.

- Style Council may place and access Style Council cookies on
your computer.
- Style Council may allow companies that present advertisements
on Style Council pages to place and access their own cookies
on your computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies
is subject to their own privacy policies. Such advertisers do
not have access to Style Council cookies.
Editing Your Personal Information and Preference
- Style Council allows you to edit your personal profile and
preferences at any time.
Security
- Your Style Council personal profile information is password-protected
for your privacy and security.
- Style Council may use industry-standard SSL-encryption to
protect certain date transmissions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
- Style Council may change this policy from time to time. If
we make a substantial change, we will post a prominent notification
on Style Council web pages.
